Refund policy
If you need to cancel an order, request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.
Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if we have not yet started on making your product. This is because orders are usually started as soon as they are received. It is important to request cancellations as soon as possible, please do so and contact me. If the order has still not been started, we are able to cancel. However, if the order has been canceled, then the supplies used will be charged for. Thank you for understanding!

Cancellations for digital downloads are not accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders are custom made to order. When orders are being prepared for shipping, products will be triple checked for quality and order accuracy before sending them out. If you think there are any problems with your order, please message us within 24 hours of delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items through the postal service. If your item has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact your local post office or USPS directly to resolve any issues.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
